Job Title: Dietary Aide

Responsibilities:

• Perform dietary services as outlined in the Resident Handbook and Care Plan.
• Support food service programs tailored to each resident’s interests and needs.
• Resolve food service and care coordination issues promptly with team members and leaders.
• Assist in serving meals, setting tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
• Monitor and refill beverage and salad stations as needed.
• Help with cleaning and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas, including dishwashing and floor cleaning.
• Deliver room service trays as instructed.
• Present a professional demeanor that reflects our commitment to service and resident care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and push/pull at least 30 pounds; frequent wheelchair transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for up to eight hours with breaks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions routinely.
