Key Responsibilities as a Dishwasher for dnata Catering include ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will work closely with kitchen staff to efficiently clean and organize the kitchen area, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your role involves operating commercial dishwashing machines, handling and storing clean dishes properly, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace are essential to contribute to dnata Catering's success and reputation.

You Will

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow established rules for entry to building and work areas, proper attire, and HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene, observing security precautions as mandated by management.
• Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers.
• Ensure the dishwashing machine operates at proper temperature with necessary detergents and chemicals.
• Unload the machine and store cleaned items in appropriate racks or containers.
• Sanitize trolleys, carriers, oven racks, and drawers, then deliver them to storage areas.
• Develop and follow a sanitation schedule to meet SOP frequency requirements.
• Ensure all Sanitation Team Members are knowledgeable about chemical safety and food safety procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Leads employees to ensure compliance with safety, company, and regulatory procedures, including FDA, USDA, and internal requirements.
• Ensures sanitation SOPs are followed and activities documented per policy.
• Possesses working knowledge of GMPs, sanitation procedures, and HACCP.

NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The salary is $15 hourly with weekly pay, excluding incentives. Compensation considers location, experience, qualifications, and training.

You Have

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dishwashing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload.
• Flexibility for different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong prioritization skills and multitasking ability.

Additional Demands

Requires multitasking under time constraints, attention to detail, punctuality, following instructions, and responsibility for tasks. Must work quickly and meet productivity standards.

Physical Demands:

Standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching regularly. Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds. Proper use of equipment and materials is essential for safety.

Work Environment:

Primarily indoors with noise levels ranging from minimal to loud.
