Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a Dietary Utility Associate to support the Kindred Hospital Houston Northwest culinary team. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with food service, and ensure efficient operation of the department.

Position offers full-time and part-time options with day, evening, and night shifts. Background checks and health-safety adherence are required for employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift.
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and empty trash cans.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Job Title and Pay

Dietary Utility Associate - Wage: $13.30/hour. Full-time and part-time positions available. Day/Evening/Night shifts available.

Location & Pay Rate

Location: Kindred Hospital Houston Northwest. Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 13.30 USD. Work shift: 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. (United States of America).

Physical Requirements

• Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, pushing dish racks, frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.


• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job.

Preferred Experience

Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare, dishwasher, housekeeping, janitor, custodian).
