Tommy Bahama in Honolulu invites you to join a team that embraces island life. Whether you’re behind the bar, in the kitchen, or out front with our guests, you’ll contribute to a fast-growing concept and an engaging work environment.

This full-time role includes competitive pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO. You’ll help keep our kitchen clean and safe, assist with prep, and support a sales-driven team in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift.
• Safely maneuvering the following equipment: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work.
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.

• Clean and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

Rate Range: $20.00 or minimum wage - $23.00/hr
