Job summary

Off The Hook is a fast-paced Cajun quick-service restaurant in the United States recruiting for a dishwashing role. You will wash dishes to meet our standards, maintain clean work areas, and support the kitchen team to keep operations smooth during busy periods.

The position requires being at least 16 years old, completing company training, and availability for evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license is preferred for versatility in shifts and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy
• Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience
• Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests
• Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management
• Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
