Are you looking for a role where you can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our Irish Pub is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our fun and fast-paced team. No experience? No problem! If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help keep our kitchen in tip-top shape, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Dishwasher, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Washing and Sanitizing: Scrape, pre-rinse, and clean dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and glassware using an industrial dishwashing machine or by hand in a three-compartment sink.
• Handling Delicate Items: Carefully hand-wash fragile glassware, large pots, and specialized cooking tools that require extra attention.
• Drying and Stacking: Dry, organize, and store clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated spots for easy access.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen sparkling by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down prep surfaces, cleaning trash and recycling bins, and disposing of waste.
• Equipment Care: Maintain small appliances like blenders or mixers, and monitor the dish machine’s water temperature, detergent levels, and rinse aids.

Bonus Responsibilities

• Prep Support: Pitch in with basic food prep tasks like peeling vegetables, chopping ingredients, or portioning food to help the kitchen team stay on track.
