The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all preparation and cooking equipment, food and beverage service items, and tableware.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adhere to sanitation standards for cleaning products used in the kitchen
• Monitor and test dish machine throughout the shift to ensure proper chemical levels and water temperature
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Inspect all dishes after washing to ensure cleanliness
• Stack and store clean dishes in designated areas
