814 LANES & GAMES - BITES & BREWS is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support front- and back-of-house operations at our Greensburg location. You will clean and reset tables, wash dishes, restock dining materials, and assist in prep and kitchen cleaning, ensuring smooth guest service.

In a fast-paced environment, you will maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and work with the team to deliver a positive dining experience for guests. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

SUMMARY

Bites and Brews is located within 814 Lanes and Games

Dishwashers support other team members by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, restocking necessary items, washing dishes, and bringing guest needs to the attention of the waitstaff. Assisting in the preparation of cook stations, cleaning appliances and machines, and emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Cleans tables and removes dishes after party leaves.
2. Carries loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned
3. Ensures availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials.
4. Washes dishes by hand and using the rack dishwasher.
5. Adheres to all food safety and quality regulations.
6. Maintains a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tablets, and washing glasses, utensils and equipment.
7. Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
8. Moves trash and cardboard to outside waste receptacles and rinses garbage cans as needed.
9. Ensures the availability of clean dishes by bussing.
10. Prepares dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
11. Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.
12. Sweeps and mops floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
13. Reports kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures to the Restaurant General Manager.
14. Works with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests and a positive working environment for the team.
15. Greets guests and answers questions.
16. Alerts servers when tables are in need of attention.
17. Delivers superior service and maximizes customer satisfaction.
18. Responds efficiently and accurately to guest concerns.
19. Performs other duties as assigned.
