Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a dishwasher to help keep the kitchen spotless and ensure smooth service. You will clean and restock dishes, support the back dock, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stay on your feet in a fast-paced setting. You must be at least 18 years old with restaurant experience preferred, and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Clean and restock dishes, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and managers to stay ahead of needs.
• May assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed.

• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
• Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage & boxes to the dumpster or designated area.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready
