Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Gillette, Wyoming, is looking for a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations. This role requires ensuring all plates, utensils, and pans are clean and available for the cooking staff, thereby playing a crucial part in the dining experience.

Job description

As our dishwasher, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our kitchen in motion. By ensuring every Plate, pan, and utensil is ready, you’ll help line cooks focus on creating dishes our guest will remember

• Experience is preferred, but not required.
• Legal working age.
• The ability to lift & carry 35-50lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to move around 80-90% of your shift.
• Be able to carry trays of dishes.
• To be able to perform 8-10 hours of work at a time

A Dishwasher will:

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook line and other proper storage areas. Rewash the soiled dishes before delivery.
• Change dishwater in dishwasher to standard.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Remove trash and garbage into a dumpster.
• Set up or break down the dishwashing area.
• Manage overall cleanliness of the kitchen
