Job Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for duties such as cleaning dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and food production, as well as closing and storage for individual workstations as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Set up daily prep stations and organize work areas.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and ware washing setup.
• Dispose of food waste, manage trash receptacles, and break down boxes for disposal.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as directed.
• Prepare and store food items according to quality standards.
• Assist in receiving and procuring kitchen supplies following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with chefs regarding special products or equipment issues.
• Support team members, members, and guests to ensure excellent service and team cohesion.

About You:

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
