As a dishwasher, you’ll help keep service running smoothly by making sure our kitchen and dining room teams have clean dishes, utensils, and cookware ready when they need them. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using the appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Keep up with incoming dishes during service and return clean, dry items to their designated storage areas.
• Keep the dishwashing station and surrounding work areas clean and organized, including sinks, counters, and floors.
• Remove trash and recycling, replace liners, and keep disposal areas tidy.
• Follow safe equipment and chemical-handling procedures, report equipment problems, and assist with assigned opening and closing cleaning duties.
