Coastal Flats Gaithersburg is hiring a dishwasher to support a high-volume kitchen environment in Gaithersburg, MD. You will join a team dedicated to keeping the dining area and kitchen pristine while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Shifts include AM and PM options with paid training and benefits based on eligibility. Growth opportunities exist within Great American Restaurants’ network of venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light loads.
• Willing to work AM/PM shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly.
• Organize cleaning supplies and station areas.
• Support kitchen needs to maintain smooth service.

Our dishwashers are dedicated professionals who work as a team to maintain the cleanliness around the kitchen and to guarantee our guests become raving fans.

Duties include:

• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
• Organize cleaning supplies
• Perform any additional tasks to help support business needs
