• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned to ensure safe, organized kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations

Pay Range

$12.80 - $16.05 per hour
