Description

River Crest Country Club is seeking add full-time Dishwashers to its Culinary team. Located five miles from downtown Fort Worth, River Crest is Fort Worth’s oldest and most storied country club.

River Crest offers an excellent Compensation & Benefits Package as well as a great work environment. The pay range for this position is $13 - $16 per hour based on verifiable experience. JOB SUMMARY

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and properly storing all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware, and glassware.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS / TASKS

• Responsible to operate a large dishwashing machine.
• Keep the dish area supplied with all the necessary chemicals to keep the highest of sanitation standards.
• Be in charge of taking care of our dishwashing machines ensure that the dish machine is operating at the right temperature and has the proper chemicals and at the proper level.
• Clean and polish all plates, glass ware, silverware and serviceware up to our standards.
• Clean all kitchen pots and pans, organize and returned to the proper areas.
• Unload the dish machine and stock kitchen areas
• Ensure all trash has been taken out and trash cans washed thoroughly
• Clean, mop and sanitize all areas.
• Keep the kitchen stocked with all sanitation chemicals needed for the day.
• Maintain the highest of sanitation levels.
• Must be a team player and willing to help anyone on the team.
• Will work with the cooks to keep the equipment cleaned throughout service.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Will be able to work AM and PM shifts.
• Will follow all of the club’s rules and regulations.
• Must treat the members with the utmost respect and giving them the best possible experience.
