Job summary

Bowie House, Auberge Collection is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a spotless kitchen and support culinary operations at our Fort Worth property.

The role requires at least 1 year of dishwasher experience, fluent English, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed to support the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using manual or mechanical methods.
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
• Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
