Job Description

Our franchise organization is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team! The Utility Person / Dishwasher plays a vital role in guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant. This position involves:

• Providing clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleaning the restaurant environment for a pleasant, safe experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness around the building, parking lot, restrooms, and utility areas.
• Empting trash and keeping the dumpster and back dock area clean.
• Performing duties according to health regulations and standards.

Operational Responsibilities

• Stocking areas with necessary supplies.
• Maintaining organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Reporting equipment or facility issues to management.

Guest Service

• Ensuring timely delivery of service responsibilities.
