Capone’s Coal Fired Pizza in Downtown Fort Myers is looking for a dependable Dish Person to support the kitchen team behind the scenes. This role emphasizes teamwork, sanitation, and efficient dish preparation to keep the operation running smoothly.

No prior experience is required, as we will train the right person. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and you should be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers, our restaurant features a fully themed 1920s dining room — including Capone’s secret vault visible through a walkable glass floor. We serve coal-fired pizza, homemade pasta, fresh sandwiches, and amazing entrées in a high-energy, fun environment.
