Job summary

Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, seeks team members to join our fast-paced dining brand focused on healthy, real food. You will contribute to great service, work collaboratively with a dynamic team, and uphold cleanliness and efficiency in a high-volume setting.

Prior restaurant experience is helpful, and strong communication is essential. You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and be available on weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine and keep it clean.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and ensure sanitary wash cycles.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays.

What you’ll do:

• Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
• You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• You have an eye for detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
• Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and los

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
