Job summary

A premier dining establishment in Indianapolis is seeking a Dishwasher to join their team. As a Dishwasher, you will maintain the sanitation of the dish machine and ensure an efficient operation of the restaurant. The position offers flexibility in schedules and benefits for employees working over 25 hours a week. Prior experience in a restaurant is a plus, but a dynamic personality and teamwork are essential.

What you’ll do:

• Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
• You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• You have an eye for detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
• Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and los
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
