Job summary

Lazy Dog Restaurants in Glade Park, Euless, Texas, is seeking a dishwasher to maintain a clean dish room and help with daily sanitation. You will sort and rinse dirty dishes, keep utensils clean, and ensure the dish machine and prep area stay organized and safe.

High school is preferred; no prior experience required. The role supports personal and professional growth in a team-focused, welcoming environment with a path to development and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School (preferred).
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.
• Familiar with dishwashing chemicals and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and other cooking utensils.
• Place items in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and carry them to proper storage areas.
• Change dishwater in the dish machine as required.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays; prepare cleaning solutions as needed.

Dishwasher: At this location, our cooks earn $17 / hour.

If you love to keep plate ware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized, while maintaining the dish machine, dish room, prep area, equipment, then this is the job for you. You are super tidy and like to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dish room and adjacent areas of the restaurants. You are familiar with the chemicals used in the dish machine and daily cleaning procedures.

• You like a clean restaurant, you sweep and mop floors, wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture, and remove trash
• You sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine
• You sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas
• You change dishwater in the dish machine as required.
