Lazy Dog Restaurants in Dublin, CA is hiring a dishwasher to keep dishware, glassware, and utensils clean and sanitized in a fast-paced dining room. You will operate dish machines, maintain safe cleaning procedures, and help maintain a tidy dish room and adjacent areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wash and sanitize dishware and utensils.
• Experience with dishwashing equipment is a plus.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized work area in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware and utensils; place them in racks to run through the dish machine.
• Change dishwater and maintain correct chemical levels as required.
• Carry clean dishes to the cook's line and proper storage areas.
• Wipe down workstations, walls, and equipment to keep the dish area clean and safe.

Dishwasher: At this location, our dishwashers earn $20 / hour and an additional $2 on average per hour in tips.

If you love to keep plate ware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized, while maintaining the dish machine, dish room, prep area, equipment, then this is the job for you. You are super tidy and like to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dish room and adjacent areas of the restaurants. You are familiar with the chemicals used in the dish machine and daily cleaning procedures.

• You like a clean restaurant, you sweep and mop floors, wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture, and remove trash
• You sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine

• You change dishwater in the dish machine as required.
• You wash pots, pans, and trays
