• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Work in a wet, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Stand on your feet for long periods of time during shifts
• Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen support areas
• Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and basic kitchen cleanup
• Work efficiently to keep up with kitchen and service demands
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health department guidelines
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Available and willing to work weekends and holidays as required
