Position: Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored, in alignment with our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the dish area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen, wash, sanitize, and store them appropriately.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up, sanitation, and trash removal.
• Respond professionally and compassionately to resident concerns and complaints.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and departments.

Qualifications:

• Preferably six months of kitchen or similar experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings, including physical and TB tests.
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination, screening, and PPE, as per regulations.
