What you will be doing:

• Washing dishes and silverware using dish machines.
• Keeping dish machines clean and reporting any issues.
• Monitoring water temperature and chemical levels for sanitary wash cycles.
• Washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dish room, restrooms, and food prep areas.
• Ensuring adequate levels of clean tableware for dining and kitchen areas.
• Monitoring and emptying linen and trash containers as needed.
• Following proper hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Washing pots and pans by hand using a 3-compartment sink.
• Handling glass racks with glass washers.
• Maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.).
• Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Adapting during shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
