Job Description: The Dishwasher is responsible for properly washing and sanitizing dishware and keeping the dish area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Washes all dishes from the restaurant
• Washes pots and pans from the kitchen
• Restocks plate ware for the restaurant and kitchen
• Practices and upholds proper safety and sanitation standards
• Mops floors
• Cleans the dishwashing machine, sinks, drains
• Performs other duties as assigned by a manager

Skills + Abilities:

• Able to take direction and work as part of a team
• Works calmly and effectively under pressure
• Maintains high safety, sanitation, and food handling standards

Education + Experience + Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience as a dishwasher is a plus
• Food Handler certification required
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends, with increased hours during peak times

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
