Batbox Holdings, Inc. in Addison, Texas, is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the back-of-house running smoothly and ensure every guest experience is legendary.

You’ll operate dish machines, sanitize wares, and support a high-energy hospitality team in a flagship venue with 250 seats and a full restaurant and bar. • Stamina to stand and move during a fast-paced shift.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machines and equipment safely and confidently.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishware, flatware, cookware, and glassware.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep floors, drains, and mats clean, and manage trash removal.
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas including walls, storage spaces, and dish stations to keep everything running smoothly.
• Assist with line maintenance and prep items when needed.
• Support back-of-house team members as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher at Batbox, you'll keep things moving behind the scenes and help set the stage for every guest to have a legendary experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help fuel the entire team. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Operate dish machines and equipment safely and confidently
• Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishware, flatware, cookware, and glassware
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep floors, drains, and mats clean, and take charge of trash removal throughout the shift
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas including walls, storage spaces, and dish stations to keep everything running smoothly.
• Assist with line maintenance and help prep items or support event food prep as needed.
• Step in wherever you're needed - whether it's sweeping the line, organizing back-of-house storage, or supporting other back-of-house team members

What to Expect

• Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - standing, and moving throughout the back-of-house
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
• Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Reach, bend, stoop, stretch, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
