Job summary

Tender Greens in Culver City is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain spotless dishes and kitchen cleanliness in a fast-paced team environment. You’ll help with food prep, stock front and back of house, and ensure sanitary standards are met while supporting a positive guest experience.

We look for at least 1 year in a high-volume setting, 18+ years old, a warm, outgoing communicator, and flexibility to work shifts as needed. Join a fun, growth-minded restaurant team committed to excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A warm, authentic, helpful and efficient nature.
• Excellent communication and an outgoing personality.

• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required by local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen cleaning and storage: sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots; clean and rotate stock.
• Restock dishes in front and back of house.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Light cooking and prepping duties.
• Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning per sanitary procedures.

Tender Greens are seeking Dishwashers with an epic level of positive attitude, a strong work ethic, who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the restaurant space.

Tender Greens delivers inspired food, friendly service, and great value in a comfortable space. As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for encompassing our goal of providing each guest with a truly wonderful experience as well as;

• Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as (but not limited to) properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Restocking dishes in front and back of house
• Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
• Light cooking and prepping duties
• Handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation
