We are looking to hire a Part Time Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, cleaning dishes, and ensuring kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in an orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintains high sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils.
• Ensures that the dishwashing area and the entire kitchen are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.
• Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils, then places them in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Sorts and stacks clean dishes.
• Sweeps and mops floors, fills and empties soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• Cleans the kitchen refrigerators, ceiling air vents, and other kitchen equipment.
• Wipes up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry and clean.
• Lifts and carries racks of dishes, glassware, and other utensils.
• Provides general assistance to cooks and chefs.
