Job summary

Clarendale Six Corners is seeking a hospitality-focused Dishwasher to join our culinary team and support a premier senior living community.

This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with early-morning shifts. Starting pay is $18.50/hour, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for daily pay and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization per community standards.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Ensure dining room appearance and presentation meet standards.
• Set up and break down ware-washing systems; wash dishes, pots, and clean production areas.
• Assist serving staff with setting tables and clearing, and sanitize equipment and surfaces.
• Know and follow diet guidelines as provided by policy and procedure.
• Represent the community warmly to support a positive marketing environment.
• Contribute to a culture connecting engagement to revenue and occupancy.

Clarendale Six Corners is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Schedule: Full-time opportunity 7:30am -2:30pm or Part-time opportunity, 7:30am - 2:30pm, 12 - 8:30pm, or 4 - 8:30pm, some weekend hours required

Salary: Starting at $18.50/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Perform kitchen activities including: ware-washing system set-up and break down, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and prep production.
• Assist serving staff with setting of tables and work station areas as well as clearing tables. Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in kitchen.
• Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure.
• Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
