We are looking for a motivated Dishwasher to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and other serviceware, as well as assisting in maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment.

Job Overview

Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates, and utensils, washing by hand or loading the dishwasher, and ensuring cleanliness. The dishwasher will also help with overall cleanliness of the store, including bathrooms, trash removal, mopping, and sweeping.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time; report tardiness to the Executive Chef. Tardiness of more than 5 minutes should be communicated to your supervisor via phone or text.
• Communicate any need for time off; requests should be submitted two weeks in advance, excluding the period from November 1st to December 31st.
• Lift at least 25 lbs.
• Stand and walk for 8 or more hours per shift.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Follow checklists for opening and closing the kitchen/store.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Ensure sufficient clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and communicate with the Executive Chef when needed.
• Check washing machine operation and report issues promptly.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize kitchen, bathroom, and front-end areas, including floors.
