Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $14.93 per hour.
• Overtime pay: $22.40 per hour as needed.
• Weekly pay with standard deductions.
• Daily subsistence allowance: $16.78 per day, up to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
• Optional housing deductions: $175 per week, $10 per week for security fees, and additional electricity deduction if the monthly bill exceeds $150 and is split by roommates.
• Employer will reimburse transportation expenses, meals, lodging, and, if applicable, visa and border crossing fees within the first work week.
• Guaranteed work of at least 75% of scheduled hours in each 12‑week period.
