WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Ensure sanitation in all food outlets meets or exceeds Health Department and OSHA guidelines, including china, glassware, silverware, trashcans, and pots & pans.
• Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and supplies in compliance with standards, in dish and pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms, and trash docks.
• Remove trash from outlets to refuge dumpsters.
• Properly stock and restock all food line china and utensils before, during, and after restaurant hours.
• Maintain and clean dish sanitation equipment.
• Maintain valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit, and TIPS certifications.

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months' related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, MSDS sheets, and manuals. Effective communication in English.
• Basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, and differentiate between patterns of china, glassware, and silverware.
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds; push loaded dish carts over 200 pounds; stand for long periods. Visual acuity for close and distance vision.
• Work environment may include wet, hot, humid conditions, vibration, and temperatures from 0 to 110 degrees. May work in confined spaces and be exposed to moving mechanical parts and loud noises.
