Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time dishwasher in Chandler to support dining operations by cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment and by maintaining a sanitary, organized dining area. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move frequently during working hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces according to schedules and procedures.
• Clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and related spaces.

Job Description

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 10:30-7:00pm

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
