All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and in many capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner, while following Andretti Indoor Karting & Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
• Assists with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive experiences.
• Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co-workers.
• Works as a team player in meeting guest needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
• Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
• Performs opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.

1+ year prior guest service experience required, preferably in a hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting. Excellent verbal communication skills needed. Attention to detail, guest focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced and amplified (loud) environment. Work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 30lbs.
• Some positions require working in extreme temperatures.
• Walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Desire and ability to smile throughout shift.

Dishwasher Position

An Andretti Dishwasher is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting & Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Work closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean.
• Ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
• Understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain detailed cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas.
• Take out trash, replace trash bags and wash trash cans.
• Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co-workers.
• Work as a team player in meeting guests needs and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments.
• Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.
• Adhere to proper uniform guidelines according to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.
• Display excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
