Nudy's Cafes is expanding its casual breakfast and lunch dining. We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher to maintain sanitation and prep items per our recipes, while monitoring supplies and following health codes.

You will play a key role in cleanliness, efficiency, and supporting crew during busy shifts. As part of a multi-location family-owned operation, you’ll contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment focused on quality, value, and great customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Buss tables and wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Restock dining areas and kitchen stations for next shift.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Unload and store deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors and handle spills promptly.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Assist other staff as needed and report safety issues.
• Support food safety compliance at all times.

Nudy's Cafes is a multi-location family owned & operated. The customer journey is one of our keys to success. Nudy's Cafe is the go-to casual breakfast & lunch location that provides quick, reasonably priced & freshly prepared meals in a family friendly environment. We currently operate in 15 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. Restaurant number 16 will open in 2026! We have positioned ourselves to expand further throughout the Delaware Valley.

We are searching for a Dishwasher to maintain sanitation and prepare prepped items in accordance with company recipes. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining health code guidelines. You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times. To be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a skilled multitasker who adheres to food safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
• Unloading and storing deliveries.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Capacity to stand for long hours.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Level-headed with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the production of high-quality outputs and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.
