Nudy's Cafes in Phoenixville, PA, seeks a Dishwasher to maintain sanitation and prep items in line with company recipes. The role supports health code compliance and ensures supplies are available for service in a fast-paced, family-friendly setting.

Responsibilities include cleaning dishes and areas, restocking for shifts, cleaning equipment, unloading deliveries, and assisting teammates. Prior food service experience and the ability to stand long hours are preferred, with weekend/holiday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service preferred, especially grilling.
• Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and cleanliness practices.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of clean dishes by bussing, washing, and resetting dining areas.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking.
• Clean kitchen machines and appliances (coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers).
• Unload and store deliveries and maintain waste control.
• Sweep and mop floors and support other staff as needed.
• Report accidents or violations of food safety codes.

Nudy's Cafes is a multi-location family owned & operated. The customer journey is one of our keys to success. Nudy's Cafe is the go-to casual breakfast & lunch location that provides quick, reasonably priced & freshly prepared meals in a family friendly environment. We currently operate in 15 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. Restaurant number 16 will open in 2026! We have positioned ourselves to expand further throughout the Delaware Valley.

We are searching for a Dishwasher to maintain sanitation and prepare prepped items in accordance with company recipes. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining health code guidelines. You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times. To be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a skilled multitasker who adheres to food safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
• Unloading and storing deliveries.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Capacity to stand for long hours.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.
