Join the Shakey's USA Team as a Dishwasher

Starting rate: $16.50 per hour

About the Role

The Back-of-House (BOH) is the heart of the Shakey's experience. Team members work in the kitchen preparing fresh dough daily, cooking pizza, chicken, and Mojo's, and ensuring the kitchen and supplies are clean and sanitary. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, this role is for you.

BOH Stations Include

• Cook
• Buffet Attendant
• Dough Roller
• Dishwasher

New team members initially train and perform in one BOH station but are encouraged to learn all functions. Developing skills across stations can lead to more hours and potential advancement into management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food following guidelines and safe food handling procedures.
• Set up and restock food items on buffet and salad bar.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and ingredients.
• Stock station with ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Transfer supplies and equipment as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned station.
• Assist other BOH and FOH stations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
