Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Dishwashers to join our growing family. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by maintaining cleanliness and supporting our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities (may vary based on role)
Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operate dishwashing equipment, hand wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Operational Efficiency: Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, and restocking supplies as needed.

Kitchen Support: Assist cooks and prep staff with basic tasks as needed, including putting away deliveries and organizing storage areas.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with all team members, communicating clearly and supporting colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Adherence to Standards: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating complex situations to management when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
