Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for our city amphitheater. You will maintain cleanliness of dishes, cookware, and utensils and support kitchen staff during concerts, festivals, and large events.

Ideal candidates can work in a fast-paced environment, stand long hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and commit to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Maintain a steady flow of clean items during events.
• Properly store cleaned items in designated areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and keep dishwashing area clean.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dish area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks or light prep when required.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify supervisors when low.
• Support breakdown and cleanup after events and concerts.

Job Summary:The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment used in the amphitheater’s food service operations.
