Job summary

Era Living in Bellevue WA is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our Culinary Services Team at The Gardens at Town Square. Shifts are Saturday to Wednesday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

You will ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned, help stock supplies, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. English communication and weekend work are required; Food Handler Certificate or ability to obtain within 14 days, and passing a DSHS background check are required.

Responsibilities

Era Living is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to become the newest member of our Culinary Services Team located in our The Gardens at Town Square community, Bellevue WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Saturday - Wednesday, 12:30PM to 9:00PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned. This position maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and helps stock supplies.

• Operates dish machine following operating instructions, utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas
• Maintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures. Properly records daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks following sanitation and safety procedures
• Delivers and retrieves Resident meal carts and busses and cleans tables as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to work weekends.
• Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required

Education and Experience:

• Previous dishwashing experience and kitchen prep skills, preferred.
