Job Description

BE A PART OF HISTORY AND JOIN US AT THE #1 RESORT IN THE MID-ATLANTIC

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all kettles are cleaned at the beginning of the shift.
2. Wash all pits and pans and store them neatly.
3. Remove all food stains, smoke stains, etc., before storage.
4. Keep floors and trashcans clean.
5. Maintain a clear workspace.
6. Clean all counters at the end of each shift.
7. Meet all cleaning and sanitation standards.
8. Load the dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed.
9. Ensure the dishwasher is cleaning properly.
10. Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation at all times.
11. Ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
12. Sweep and mop the kitchen floor as needed.
13. Clean walls as necessary.

HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist culinary staff with any needs.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Respond to any reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
2. Assist in other departments as needed.
3. Attend monthly departmental meetings.
