Job summary

Westminster Retirement Community in Austin, TX is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support our dining team. You will set up the dish area, wash pots and dishes, and help keep the kitchen sanitized and organized.

Some weekends and evenings are required to meet the community's service needs. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or retirement facility and take pride in a professional, caring demeanor.

• Minimum of one-year experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or retirement facility.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the dish and pot washing areas.
• Performs dish and pot washing.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Empties trash containers as required.
• Cleans floors, walls, hoods, vents, and mats.
• Some weekends and evening shifts required.
