Job Summary

The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner, supporting the culinary team in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in a designated area.
• Operate dishwashing machines and maintain proper sanitation levels by following hygiene protocols.
• Ensure that all dishware is stored properly and organized according to kitchen standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established guidelines.
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies consistently to ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
