Job summary

Ray's Restaurants in Atlanta is seeking a diligent dish area attendant to maintain all aspects of the dish station and dish machine. You will follow pre-soaking procedures, cleaning protocols, and safe chemical usage.

You will use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift, keep positive interactions with service staff, and assist teammates as needed in a high-volume dining environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long period, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Organizational and time management skills with good judgment and problem solving.
