Job summary

Wet Willie's is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen cleanliness and organization. You will perform dishwashing, pot washing, general cleaning, and proper storage of food and supplies, ensuring rotation adheres to sanitary standards.

You must meet the education requirement and ability to handle multiple priorities, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. Strong communication, judgment and time management are expected in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, pot washing, general cleaning and storage activities.
• Storage and rotation of food and supplies in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies.

Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
