• Job Summary :

The Dishwasher is an essential member of our kitchen staff, responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations and help maintain a neat and organized kitchen environment.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and countertops.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and glassware for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Assist with the removal of waste and garbage from the kitchen area.
• Help prepare cooking ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables as needed.
• Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Support kitchen staff with any additional tasks as required.
• Qualifications :
