Job summary

Loma Tex-Mex is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support fast-paced kitchen operations. You will wash dishes, keep the dish area clean, and assist with prep tasks as needed while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

You will work closely with the kitchen team, follow food safety procedures, and help ensure timely service. Growth opportunities and ongoing training are available within our welcoming, team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have minimal work experience as a dishwasher
• Must be proficient in operating with different types of dish cleaners
• Must know and follow all food safety procedures

Dishwasher Job Description:

We understand dishwashing is not always the job you want, but it's where many great chefs and operators got their start. Our culinary environment is fast-paced and we need you to be able to work as part of a team. Your main duties include proper washing of all dishes, keeping the dish area clean, taking trash out to the bins, picking up trays from the patio. Sometimes you will be required to assist in prep responsibilities too.

Our goal is to employ a person with excellent time management and communication skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks. You will be working in a kitchen for most of your workday. This means that you will also have to abide by food safety procedures and regulations.
