Job summary

Soup 'n Fresh is seeking a dependable Dishwasher for our Rancho Cucamonga and Chino Hills locations. This role supports a fast-paced culinary team, prioritizes cleanliness, and ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and stored properly to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and BOH team, handling table resets, deliveries, and maintaining food safety procedures throughout a typical shift.

Qualifications

• Must have minimal work experience as a dishwasher.
• Must know and follow all food safety procedures.
• Must carry at least a high school diploma or an equivalent.
• Must have communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to your scheduled shift.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitizing temperature requirements.
• Operate dish machine only after training and certification.
• Use all PPE when handling chemicals.
• Wear non-slip boots during all shifts for safety.
• Follow uniform and apron policies throughout your shift.
• Complete and submit assigned checklists daily.
• Respect all equipment used in dishwashing and kitchen sanitation processes.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager about dishwashing priorities.
• Help out in other areas of the restaurant as assigned.
• Work together as a team to assure quality for our Guests.
