Aventura in Downtown Ann Arbor is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will wash and sanitize dishes and cookware, keep the dish area clean, restock service items, and assist cooks to support a fast-paced service.

We value dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Experience is helpful but not required; flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays is a plus. Health department standards are followed to ensure a safe, clean kitchen.

• Support kitchen operations by restocking clean dishes, cookware, and service items as needed.
• Assist cooks and kitchen leadership with cleaning projects and general kitchen support tasks.
• Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department while following all health and safety regulations.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Contribute to a productive work culture by staying focused, organized, and supporting teammates throughout service.

The Dishwasher plays a vital role in keeping our kitchen moving smoothly and efficiently throughout service. This position supports every part of the Back of House by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen spaces while helping uphold the pace, organization, and sanitation standards that our kitchen depends on each day.
